Checking fixtures/gauges

We design and manufacture fixtures to check parts in the various production processes in the automotive and electronics sectors, amongst others.
  
We provide simple fixtures to check fastening areas and centre-points, as well as more complex fixtures that have slides, tilting mechanisms and mobile bases in order to check for any deviation of the parts on the X, Y, Z axes.

We study designs to verify several references at the same calibre and in rapid changeovers.

We provide user manuals and maintenance, as well as manufacturing and assembly plans.

In accordance with our clients’ needs, we provide a dimensional report by a certified external company, R & R, and calibre release under client supervision.
